A note from Pastor Jim and Mrs. Lisa Porostosky
Over the course of years, Lakeshore AG has focused on several missions, beginning with the planting of several churches in the Mentor area.
In 1997, Lakeshore Assembly Motorsports was founded and began hosting huge car shows in the church parking lot three times yearly (in summer). We created an outreach car club as well as outreaches to area race tracks.
In 2009, we added the Godspeed Café to our foyer, and now host four huge banquets yearly (in fall and winter).
We also have a 2-day mega clothing/household goods give-away in June each year, meeting the needs of hundreds in the community.
We are committed to worshiping God and preaching the never-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our church services are Spirit-led and exciting. Preaching is fervent and always Bible-centered. We provide ministry to families, Bible studies, men's/women's/single ladies' ministries, children's church, youth ministries and more.
My wife Lisa and I have been married since 1979. In our life together, we have been blessed not only with the love of our church family, but also with our 3 children (2 sons and a daughter) and now, with a new generation of 6 Grandchildren. Blessings upon blessings!
Since 1991, it has been an honor to be the full-time pastor to this amazing group of believers.
